Warranty Policy

Warranty claims within 60 days from the invoice date are handled at no cost to the customer. Warranty claims within the first 60 days of purchase are shipped using the same shipping method that was used for the original order. After 60 days shipping to and from Enovators, LLC is the responsibility of the customer. Items being returned should be shipped with an insured reputable carrier. Our warranty covers any defects with exception of structural damage and use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use. Warranty items cannot be returned for a refund, but will be repaired or replaced at Enovators, LLC’s discretion. If the product is replaced; warranty coverage is from original invoice date; not the replacement date. Warranty is available solely to the original purchaser and for products purchased directly from Enovators, LLC. If an Enovators, LLC product is purchased from an authorized distributor; the distributor will handle your warranty. For warranty claim; please fill out and send us the form below; include your name, invoice number, product description and a description of the inquiry. You will receive a response with detailed information on how the warranty issue will be resolved.

Warranty Terms

All Grasshopper products are backed by a one year Warranty against manufacturing defects and 90 day warranty on the motor in the case of the Grasshopper Extractor and the Grasshopper Extractor 4.40.
Enovators, LLC makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Damage Issues

Product(s) damaged in shipping will be replaced by Enovators, LLC at no cost to the customer. Please please provide us the following information on our Contact page: your name, invoice number, product description and the nature of the damage. You will receive a response with detailed information on how the damage issue will be resolved. Damage claims MUST be filed within 7 days of receipt of product. Please file all claims as soon as possible and keep all packaging material.

Returning Products

All returns must be pre-approved by our return department and returned within the return policy guidelines. To obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number please fill out and send us the form below; include your name, invoice number, product description and a description of the inquiry. You will receive a response with detailed information regarding the return. The assigned RMA number must be printed clearly on the package.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Package the items safely. Please use a box; envelopes are not allowed. Please use a box filler such as bubble wrap or newspaper. Merchandise must be received undamaged. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and use a traceable carrier. There must be a way to track your package through your carrier. Enovators, LLC cannot be responsible for your item/s unless we have confirmation that your package was delivered to us.
Please allow up to six weeks for processing, including delivery time. We will contact you if there will be any delay.

The purchase, use, and ownership of a Grasshopper product is subject to a wide variety of local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity and constantly changing nature of these laws and regulations, it is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate and comply with the laws and regulations that apply in his or her specific area. You, and not Enovators, LLC., are solely responsible for any claims resulting from violation of these laws and/or regulations. Any use of these products other than agricultural processing use is considered misuse and abuse. Enovators, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse and/or abuse.
